Judge denies GlaxoSmithKline’s request to move Paxil cases

A ruling by a U.S. district court judge has cleared the way for birth defects lawsuits concerning the antidepressant Paxil to begin in Pennsylvania state court. Woman doesn’t have to disclose records in Paxil lawsuit, judge rules

A woman seeking to file a class action lawsuit against the makers of Paxil does not have to disclose her medical records, a Canadian judge has ruled. Faith Gibson filed a Paxil lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline after her daughter was born with severe heart defects.
